Short-Term Disability Enrollment
As Lifetime AFA members, Legacy US Airways Flight Attendants (LUS) will have another opportunity to enroll in the voluntary Short-Term Disability (STD) plan. The open enrollment period is August 1-31, 2023.

To enter the site, you will need the following:
User ID: your 6-digit US Airways ID number
Password: afausairways (all lower case)
Case ID: W314 (already entered on the site)
The short-term disability plan is completely voluntary, and provides tax-free benefits in the event you are disabled due to an injury, illness, or pregnancy. The enrollment site provides detailed information on the plan features and rates. Note that premiums for the STD plan will be paid via monthly bank draft, not payroll deduction.
